Your tour begins with hotel pickup in Lisbon. After boarding your air-conditioned minivan, receive a historical overview of Sintra and its regal heritage. Follow a serpentine slope to Pena National Palace, a UNESCO-listed structure perched on the peak of Sintra mountain. Discover the colorful confection of towers and turrets, considered one of Europe’s most beautiful Romantic palaces (admission at your own expense).

Descend to Sintra village to observe the charming streets of its UNESCO-listed center. Here, you have free time to absorb Sintra’s enchanting ambiance and purchase lunch from a recommended restaurant.

At a prearranged meeting point, reconvene with your guide and proceed to Cabo da Roca, Europe’s westernmost point. From here, absorb spectacular views of the Atlantic coast and its crashing waves.

After ample time for photographs, continue to Cascais to spend time strolling its beaches and admiring elegant buildings. Before drop-off at your Lisbon hotel, stop at the luscious Gardens of the Casino of Estoril—one of Europe's largest casinos.

In the morning I was coming to lisbon by taxi and I was stuck in traffic. The guide waited patiently even if I was close to 30 min late! In caiscais we were pointed to restaurants at the main road and I would urge people to look around themselves, there are much nicer places to eat around the old part with a lot of roof top gardens. The group I was with got lost taking pictures and again the guide was nice about it. Sintra is stunning and this is a good quick tour to see if you want to go back to certain places. You get a taste of it all

The tour was very nice, the tour guide was friendly and helpful. I read on the website and I got the information by chat before the tour, that the admission fee of National Palace Sintra is included in the tour price, but the tour guide said it is not true, so I bought the ticket. It was a bit strange...

Drive up the hill to Sintra was wonderful as was the time spent driving along the coastline in Cascais. JLo was as usual at his best giving us a brief account of the associated historical perspective.

They cancelled the tour on me at midnight the night before the trip. I had to rearrange my schedule in order to take the tour another day. There type itself was fine, but they could have skipped the first palace (boring). I recommend going to cascais and Sintra alone.

Don't waste your money. Guide only addressed front fellow customer, even after I asked if he could speak up so those at the back of the van could hear. Spent an hour to get ticket into castle and there was a further wait in line to get into castle of 2 hours!!! Considering we only had 2.5 hours at this attraction, it was a joke. Of 7 customers in the van, only 2 managed to view inside the castle.

Good morning It seems that your complaint is about the bad management of the Castle(Pena Palace) and not of our Service. Although the guide apparently, was having a conversation with the front clients that you wanted to get included in it... But, If the line to enter the castle takes more than 1 hour, and even with 2,5 hours you didn't see anything, that is a complaint that you should take to the managers of the Pena Palace and not with us. What you just did in hear with this review, is the same as saying that «the Bus driver is not a good professional, because the food in the restaurant took too long to be served»!!!!!!!?????? But thank you for your Honest review! And for the record, let me tell you that, personally, i totally agree with you! We that go there to the Pena Palace every day, know exactly what you are complaining about. And let me tell you that it is my honest opinion that all the managers in the Pena Palace, should be immediately fired for gross incompetence!! Thank you Joaquim Lopes

Alex was a most accommodating and entertaining tour guide . Unfortunately I had recently broken my knee so I had to use crutches on our trip but this didn’t stop Alex from making the tour wonderful! He made sure a wheelchair was ready for me and was so helpful in making me walk as little as possible . We had 3 different languages in our group and we never felt left out of the conversation. We learned a lot and laughed too ! We will definitely book with this tour again !

We were picked up at our hotel which was very convenient, but the van could have been nicer. We had become spoiled by new model Mercedes vans with plenty of room on our previous tours. That said, our tour guide was wonderful and we had a full day first visiting the National Palace Queluz and then on to Cascais (an upscale resort town), Sintra (where we had time for a lovely lunch and a little shopping) and then The Pena Palace to visit the Disney like castle. This was a very full day full of fascinating sites with a great tour guide.
