I had to search a lot for the tour operator. Finally after making several calls, the operator was located. But then the never ending wait for the vehicle started. I would recommend you get a Uber instead, cheap and reliable.

The service was provided by MTS Globle. We were a group of 8 people. The pick up vehicle was a small van. Two people sit next to the driver, three people sit in each of the two back rows comfortably. The luggage space was a little tight behind the last seat row. The driver was on time at the Lisbon airport when we arrived. He was very polite. The vehicle was very clean. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

Could not find name sign because it was buried with about 50 other signs taped to a railing. Called company 2 times (international calls). Finally a gentleman met us at least 20-25 minutes after waiting. And he kept us waiting while checking in other clients. No assistance with luggage to the outside of terminal. Waited again while he put others in their car. Our driver was very nice and apologetic. Overall I would not suggest using this company.

We booked a transfer from Lisbon airport to our hotel through Viator. When we arrived, MTS Globe, who was supposed to fulfill the order was a no show. No driver waiting for us, nobody to let us know what was going on. Calls to their “emergency” number were not answered ..... We absolutely could not recommend this service to anyone coming from a long and tiring trip and expecting a dependable transfer to a hotel in an unknown city.

Our flight to Lisbon was delayed as was the flight of family members we were meeting. We expected to be ready to leave at 12:00 but it ended up being much later. We were greeted at the exit area of the airport. The staff were very courteous and patient. Our driver, Frank, was very professional, a safe driver. I would highly recommend this company!
