I’d highly recommend this service if you’ve a packed holiday and don’t want to worry about arranging a trip back to the airport. Protip drop them a reconfirmation at least 48 hours before leaving to be safe.

Nice driver but LATE!

Driver was very personable but the pick-up time was scheduled an hour later than I would feel comfortable with for an international flight. I made this concern known at the time of my confirmation. The driver arrived about 20 - 30 minutes late on top of a 9:35a pick-up scheduled pick-up time for a 12:15p flight. It was a rainy day which also added delay to our prompt arrival to the airport.

I arrived after more than 20 hours traveling to get to Lisbon that is why I booked the transfer. After I got out- there was a section -waiting area with tons of signs- very organized with the only exception that there was no sign with my name- I walked-I asked and even called to the emergency number and finally after 50 minutes I found the contact who was not there- After I found it- she brought me to the driver and it was a great ride to my hotel.... I strongly believe it needed to be more organized and stress free. But thankful I found my contact and transfer and safely arrived to my hotel.

Very friendly driver who arrived exactly when we'd been notified to expect them. very stress less drive in rush-hour traffic and delivered straight to our departure terminal T2. We've used Viator on several occasions and they always inspire confidence. Many thanks to those who organise and those who deliver such an excellent service.

I was worried due to bad experience before, so sent email 2 days before, and they email me back and confirm the pick up time. The driver showed up exactly the time he should be and then we went to airport w/o any problem. For this point, I totally trust this company and they did good job: I will use them again if I go to Lisbon. Highly recommend!!!!

Very punctual - driver was already there when I walked out 15mins before scheduled pick up time. The website which confirms pick up details didn't confirm specific pick up address as I was in pedestrian only street, so just remember where they drop you off at from the arrival transfer.

We called the day before of departure and our booking and time of pick up was confirmed. After waiting one hour later of time confirmed nobody show up and when we called to find out what happened, their answer was : We are sorry, you are right, it shows that your booking and time are confirmed bur we don't know what happened, there was a mistake here and just right now we don't have any transportation available to pick you up AS EASY AS THAT We had to call a taxi and fortunately it got the hotel in 5 minutes but easily we could loose our flight. money is already returned I have to say that it didn't happen in our arrival transfer

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review our experiences of the transfers from the Lisbon Airport and return. The return to the Airport was great as the Gentleman was on time and very polite.. Our problem was the arrival ? Our flight from Heathrow was delayed and at the Passport check .We stood around for over an hour or more , to have them checked. There were only 2/3 Officers on , with a vast number of Passengers to pass through ! Painful!!!! Outside and to be collected. : I checked names and could not find mine. Several times , I checked but to no avail. Enquired at the Terminal and Tourists Booth . But they were unable to assist. Went back to the Representatives and again looked for my name and asked as I went down the line. Found that your REP. had turned the page with my name, to facing her? First thing that she said to me is that she thought the Flight had been cancelled but I explained the situation with her. Really, she did not want to know and was slightly abrupt ? No apology !! We then waited another 20 minutes before being directed to the mini bus. We , as per the instructions for our return transfer from the Hotel , to call 72 hours before , as we did. The Lady , who again was a little forthright and said the 72 hours was wrong and to contact the Office the day before our Departure. Finally, the debacle , wasted a lot of our time and we could have checked into to our Hotel a little earlier. We thought of getting a taxi , but as we have paid for the transfer, we waited. Apparently another customer ended up getting a Taxi as she was bemused of the delay. But that was hearsay. We will use Viator again as we have had good experiences with your Organisation. Hopefully all will be better next time.
